Do you want fries with that?

Look at the picture can you name the most important people in the picture? My guess is that everyone sitting at the tables earns more money than the ones waiting on them. Does that make them more important? If the people standing don’t serve everyone else will go hungry. How important does that make them? Jesus asks the very same question in Luke 22:27
27 Who is more important, the one who sits at the table or the one who serves? The one who sits at the table, of course. But not here! For I am among you as one who serves.
The disciples were arguing among themselves who among them were the greatest while Jesus was serving them. If find that kind of amusing. However we do the very same thing today getting all wrapped up in who is the greatest or how great we are and expecting to be served. When in fact the greatest person of all time Jesus came to this earth to serve. We should take from His example and be servants to others. Believe it or not people are spiritually hungry or even starving and they need to be served. The phase associated with a waiter or waitress is do you want fries with that? The phrase that should be associated with Chrisatians should be do you want Christ with that? Why not become a server and become great.
