Don't sleep in the nude

If I had one thing that I could get everyone to understand it would be that when it comes to Heaven and Hell and where you will spend eternity it would be that there is no getting ready, that when the time comes you will not have time to get things in order. It will be too late. There are two common mistakes when it comes to Christianity one you can’t become a Christian until you get your life cleaned up. The other is that you want to have your “fun” now and you will consider it later when the time is right.  When you die it’s over there are not second chances or do over’s. Likewise when Jesus returns and the trumpet sounds it would be like sleeping in the nude there will be no time to get dressed you will be exposed. You may have had your clothes laid out by the bed thinking that in an emergency you would have time to slip them on real quick without anyone noticing. It does not work that way so make sure you sleep with your clothes on and stay ready and not take your chances on having to get ready.

Luke 12: 35-40

³⁵ “Be dressed for service and keep your lamps burning, ³⁶ as though you were waiting for your master to return from the wedding feast. Then you will be ready to open the door and let him in the moment he arrives and knocks. ³⁷ The servants who are ready and waiting for his return will be rewarded. I tell you the truth, he himself will seat them, put on an apron, and serve them as they sit and eat! ³⁸ He may come in the middle of the night or just before dawn.^[d] But whenever he comes, he will reward the servants who are ready. ³⁹ “Understand this: If a homeowner knew exactly when a burglar was coming, he would not permit his house to be broken into. ⁴⁰ You also must be ready all the time, for the Son of Man will come when least expected.”
